Mine is just a request for clarification, if the CBK has barred lenders from blacklisting debtors who owe them Ksh.1,000 and below, which mechanisms will the lenders use to recover these monies?And will this not encourage people to default on loans once their partial repayments has reduced the owed amount to less than Ksh. 1,000?
