CIS Validata

The CIS Validata is a data validation and submission tool developed by CIS Kenya and approved by the Central Bank of Kenya （CBK） under Reg 64 of the Credit Reference Bureau Regulations,2020.

The solution is designed to help institutions validate, standardize, and submit credit data efficiently to all licensed Credit Reference Bureaus (CRBs), while improving compliance, accuracy, and operational performance.

CIS Validata is available in two versions.

2. Web Version

It is designed to allow approved credit information providers (CIPs) to validate and submit credit information to all licensed CRBs with a click of a button and get confirmation of the same. CIS Validata will enable CIPs to view error logs generated by the validation process, as outlined in the Data Standardization Template (DST).
